  • 3-4 times per week, spray liberally over your body; or a couple of squirts for daily use.
    Spray on targeted spots if there are problem areas or else, bottom of the feet before bed is also great.
    Rub & massage in, leave on for 20-30 minutes . Wash off or leave in.

    If the magnesium oil feels warm to the touch, it indicates that your body may need more magnesium!
    If you experience tingling sensations, dilute with water if it persists and is uncomfortable. 

    Add on 1-2% volume of essential oils if you prefer.
